Staying Fit over Winter Break

Going outside can boost morale and supply key vitamins. Try bodyweight exercises if 

you do not have access to a gym.

Doing more chores can increase your non-exercise thermogenesis meaning you will burn more calories.

 Find an online exercise site to stay active.
